This is the first Saibaba Temple in Haridwar This Temple was inaugurated on 5th May 1994 by Sri.A.K.Tailor of Rishikesh. Baba’s Dhuni was specially brought from Shirdi by the Trustee of Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi Sri.Kote Patil.

For Pran Prathistha Ceremony 9 Havan Kunds were made and 1 week puja was performed according to Vadic System by 51 Acharayas.

Sihasan of 45 kgs Silver was installed in May 2001.

The Temple is housed in a three floor building consisting of a Prayer Hall at the ground floor where a pure 5 Feet 4 Inches beautiful Marble Idol of Shirdi Saibaba, is installed. The first floor consists of 10 Rooms with all modern facilities for lodging for the visiting Sai Devotees. The 2nd Floor consists of a dining hall for the distribution of Sai Prasadam. Sacred Dhuni is also present in the temple.

Sai Bhakta Niwas with 15 Air Conditioned Rooms with all modern facilities such as Television, Water Geysers at very reasonable price are available in the temple premises for the benefit of outstation Sai Devotees who visit the temple. There are ordinary Non AC Rooms which are given free of cost to outstation Sai Devotees based on availability.

Large Scale Celebration of festivals:

  1. Sai Kumbh Mela is held from 3rd May to 5th May every year as Sthapana Diwas. On all the three days Special Sai Bhajans by leading Sai Bhajan Singers are organized followed by Cultural Programmes. A special Bath of Shri Saibaba is organized by devotees with 1008 liters of Milk and 108 Kalash containing Ganga water is brought boy Ladies in a procession from Har Ki Pauri and Saibaba’s Mangal Snan is performed by them the next morning.
  2. Mahashivaratri – Whole Night Sai Bhajans by various Artists.  
  3. Guru Poornima – Whole Day Bhajan and Annadaan.
  4. Rama Navami.
  5. Vijayadashmi (Saibaba Mahasamadhi Day) – Bhajans and Annadaan whole day.

 Social Service Activities:

  • Free Charitable Dispensary is situated in the temple premises to serve the people of the locality where a qualified doctor is attending the patients and free consultation and medicines is provided to the patients.
  • 10 Kg of Rice, 2 Kg of Dal, Cloths and Money is given to Lepers of the region who visit the temple 5 times in a year.
  • Every day Annadaan in the temple premises.

An Appeal

The temple trust proposes to extend the temple to the adjoining plot, construct a bigger Dining Hall to provide food for 500 devotees at a time, Extend the dispensary to provide additional medical facilities to Sai Devotees like Physiotherapy Clinic, Dental Clinic and also intends to construct 30 more Air Condition Rooms. Hence, the temple trust appeals to all the Sai Devotees to generously contribute towards all the temple projects. Cheques / DD may be deposited in the below mentioned accounts.

Alight near Haridwar Railway Station. 3 KM from the Railway Station. The temple is situated on Rishikesh Bypass Road near Bhupatwala Chowk opposite to Dudadhari Mandir.
